About the role

Senior Operations Analyst will lead production operations for a healthcare marketplace, driving process improvements, data management, reporting, and SLA compliance to deliver high‑quality services. The role focuses on scheduling coordination, monitoring, and maintaining variance operational processes, while collaborating with product and infrastructure teams to scale solutions and meet client needs.

• Drive operational enhancements
