About the role
Savings & Investment Operations at Tide builds data-driven solutions to help SMEs manage finances. The Senior Product Operations Analyst partners with Product, Tech, Member Support and Finance to lead cross‑functional technical projects, manage SLAs with external partners, and provide Level 3 support and insights to improve operations. Delhi, India – On-site, full‑time role with relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Support Product Owners in managing cross‑functional technical projects
- Engage external partners to define and monitor SLAs
- Present research and findings to VP/SVP level audiences
- Act as voice of the customer providing Level 3 support
- Guide global Operations teams toward continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in finance, consulting, technology or operations
- Experience in payments landscape and Indian financial market
- Knowledge of payment settlements and regulatory guidelines
- Proficient with Jira and Confluence
- Familiar with customer ticketing systems
- Strong project management across multiple work streams
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills
