About the role

The CBG: SBB Relationship Manager - Working Capital at AXIS BANK LTD. in Thrissur is part of the bank's sales force, focused on acquiring new customers and growing the lending book through NTB acquisition and ETB portfolio management. Day-to-day, the role involves sourcing business through channel teams, building branch relationships, cross-selling products, handling end-to-end loan processes from login to disbursement, liaising with Credit and Operations, managing renewals and deferrals, monitoring portfolio health and DPDs, and using digital platforms like Project Neo and STP journeys. The position requires 5-8 years of experience and a graduation or post-graduation from a recognized institute.

What you’ll do

• Ensure achievement of top line business targets by sourcing business through channel teams
• Build and nurture relationships with bank branches and cross-sell other products
• Handle all end-to-end activities related to the product from login to disbursement
• Liaise with various departments within the system (Credit/Operations etc.) to ensure smooth process flows
• Prevent/minimize fraudulent or risky proposals entry into the system
• Act as absolute owner of the mapped book and manage the customer life cycle
• Manage renewals, deferrals, portfolio health, DPDs and timely interest servicing
• Effectively use digital platforms like Project Neo, STP journeys, Business App, Siddhi and others

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years of experience
• 2+ years of sales experience

• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
