CBG SBB Relationship Manager - Working Capital

About the role

The CBG: SBB Relationship Manager - Working Capital role at AXIS BANK LTD. in Azamgarh is part of the bank's sales force, focused on acquiring new customers and growing the lending book through NTB and ETB portfolio expansion. Day-to-day, the RM manages a team of executives, sources business through channel teams, handles end-to-end loan product activities from login to disbursement, cross-sells products, and ensures high customer satisfaction while liaising with Credit and Operations departments. The position requires 5-8 years of experience and operates at the Azamgarh location.

What you’ll do

• Ensure achievement of top line business targets by sourcing business through channel teams
• Build and nurture relationships with bank branches and cross-sell other products
• Handle all end-to-end activities related to the product from login to disbursement
• Liaise with various departments within the system (Credit/Operations etc.) to ensure smooth process flows
• Prevent/minimize fraudulent or risky proposals entry into the system
• Act as absolute owner of the mapped book and manage the customer life cycle
• Manage portfolio health, DPDs, and timely interest servicing
• Effectively use digital platforms like Project Neo, STP Journeys, Business App, and Siddhi to extend faster and better experience

What you’ll bring

• Graduation or post-graduation from a recognized institute
• 5-8 years of experience (with 2+ years in sales)
• Strong sales orientation
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong risk and compliance mindset
• Adept at communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in managing complex client relationships and diverse stakeholders
