- Establish partnerships with Managed Services and support teams to monitor account health
- Respond to escalations and coordinate resources to resolution
- Gather and validate data for Quarterly Business Reviews
- Monitor client service requests and proactively escalate stalled items
- Engage with customers to strengthen long-term relationships
- Track contract renewals and flag upcoming actions
- Document activities in Gainsight, Monday, SharePoint
- Leverage AI tools to improve reporting efficiency
