What you’ll do

• Identify and target potential business loan clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners
• Prepare and present loan proposals with complete documentation
• Guide clients through loan application process
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and risk teams to streamline approvals
• Conduct follow-ups pre- and post-closure to ensure satisfaction
• Work with collection team to improve recovery processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
