What you’ll do
- Achieve Debt Management Services targets for the assigned branch
- Monitor cost of Debt Management Services and meet PI targets within limits
- Ensure legal compliance for Debt Management Services structure
- Oversee agencies and in‑house collectors for adherence to legal guidelines
- Maintain adherence to the Code of Conduct
- Continuously monitor agencies and collectors to detect fraudulent practices and prevent loss
