SBB Relationship Manager - Working Capital

About the role

Axis Bank's CBG SBB team seeks a Relationship Manager in Moradabad to drive working capital sales and manage client portfolios. The role involves sourcing business, nurturing branch relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through end-to-end loan processing. This is an on-site position requiring strong sales orientation and risk management skills.

What you’ll do

• Achieve top-line business targets by sourcing business through channel teams
• Build and nurture relationships with bank branches and cross-sell products
• Handle end-to-end product activities from login to disbursement
• Liaise with Credit and Operations departments for smooth process flows
• Acquire channel partners (Connectors) for sourcing products
• Manage portfolio health, DPDs, and timely interest servicing
• Prevent or minimize fraudulent or risky proposals entry
• Use digital platforms like Project Neo and Business App for better service

What you’ll bring

• Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Strong sales orientation
• Proficiency in managing complex client relationships
