SBB Relationship Manager - Working Capital

About the role

Axis Bank’s Corporate Banking Group (CBG) seeks a Relationship Manager to drive working capital business in Cuttack. The role involves sourcing new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end loan lifecycle from login to disbursement. This position requires balancing sales targets with strict risk compliance and portfolio health management.

What you’ll do

• Achieve top-line business targets by sourcing business through channel teams
• Build and nurture relationships with bank branches and cross-sell products
• Handle end-to-end activities related to working capital products
• Liaise with Credit and Operations departments for smooth process flows
• Acquire channel partners and connectors for product sourcing
• Manage portfolio health, DPDs, and timely interest servicing
• Prevent or minimize fraudulent or risky proposals entry
• Utilize digital platforms like Project Neo and Business App

What you’ll bring

• Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute
• 8-12 years of experience
• Strong sales orientation
• Proficiency in managing complex client relationships
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Strong risk and compliance mindset
