About the role
Production Assembly team at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. oversees the assembly shop, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while setting up greenfield plants and new equipment. The Incharge manages manpower, drives process improvements, conducts safety and quality analyses, and reports to the Shop Manager. Based in Kharkhoda, Haryana, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Manage shop floor manpower and resolve daily issues
- Maintain zero safety incidents and achieve production and quality targets
- Analyze safety, quality, cost, and productivity incidents and propose countermeasures
- Analyze rejections and implement corrective actions
- Maintain daily checklists and enforce assembly shop rules
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports
What you’ll bring
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
