TM Line Incharge - Production Engineering

About the role

Hero MotoCorp seeks a TM Line Incharge for Production Engineering in Neemrana to lead infrastructure planning, installation, and commissioning within Plant Operations. The role focuses on executing New Product Development activities in Frame Assembly and Final Inspection while ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards. This is an on-site position based in Neemrana, Rajasthan.

What you’ll do

• Plan and execute infrastructure development, installation, and commissioning with focus on productivity and safety
• Design robust processes and ensure successful execution of New Product Development in Frame Assy and Final Inspection
• Manage CAPEX budget planning, technical specifications, RFQs, and commercial documentation
• Prepare PFD, PFMEA, and SOPs; close issues identified during trial events
• Identify and implement improvement projects for waste elimination, cost reduction, and QA rate enhancement
• Validate and re-validate process parameters during new process establishment
• Ensure in-plant readiness for Pre-Production trials through layout optimization and digitalization projects

What you’ll bring

• B. Tech / B.E. degree
• 4-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience in facility development and commissioning
• Proficiency in Project Management and NPD
• Knowledge of PLM, SAP, and AutoCAD
• Understanding of CAPEX budgeting and PFMEA
