Operations team at Hero MotoCorp ensures production packing and dispatch of consignments. The TM/LINE INCHARGE‑EXPORT leads new model packing development, line balancing, SAP inventory and stock picking transactions, and oversees quality SOP adherence. Based in Dharuhera, HR, India, on‑site role with hybrid responsibilities across packaging, safety, and digital application preparation.

What you’ll bring

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Nice to have

6-8 years relevant experience
Hands‑on SAP transaction experience
Knowledge of Excise compliance
Familiarity with QC tools
Understanding of JIT concepts
