TM/Line Incharge - Aluminium Phase

About the role

As a TM/Line Incharge in the Aluminium Phase Engine department at Hero MotoCorp's Neemrana plant, you will lead shift production for aluminium engine components such as crankcases and cylinder heads using robotic setups. Day-to-day duties include meeting daily production targets, ensuring zero safety incidents and zero-defect outflow, and controlling manufacturing variable costs while optimizing resource utilization. The role reports to the Section Head - Aluminium Phase and requires a B.Tech degree with 3 years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Achieve Total Annual Dispatch Volume based on Sales Plan and adherence to shift-wise production plan
• Build a safe work environment with zero safety incidents (Fatal/RLTI/LTI/First Aid)
• Regain quality premium by ensuring right first time and zero defect outflow
• Support brand with cost effectiveness by controlling manufacturing variable cost and productivity
• Lead shift production in-charge in Aluminium Phase operation with robotic set up
• Meet daily production target of engine components (crankcase & cylinder head) with optimum utilization of resources
