About the role

Hero MotoCorp seeks a TM/Line Incharge in the Maintenance Engine Plant department at Neemrana, Rajasthan. This role ensures zero failures in the Machine Shop through TPM methodology and rotational shift support. The position involves troubleshooting CNC systems, optimizing spare parts, and maintaining equipment reliability using SAP MM and predictive techniques.

What you’ll do

  • Support day-to-day production in the Machine Shop during rotational shifts
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Fanuc Robots, CNC Systems, and grinding machines
  • Reduce costs by optimizing spare part planning and localizing imported spares
  • Implement CBM and predictive maintenance techniques to prevent equipment failure
  • Execute shutdown planning and maintenance activities on Sundays and off-days
  • Maintain machine history, PM records, and documentation like Why-Why Analysis
  • Control cost, quality, safety, and efficiency using TPM, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies

What you’ll bring

  • B. Tech in Mechanical or related disciplines
  • Experience with Fanuc Robo Drill, Micromatic Grinders, and CNC Systems
  • Proficiency in Spindle, Gearbox, and Mechanical Peripherals Maintenance
  • Knowledge of Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Lubrication Systems
  • Understanding of SAP MM Module
