- Lead shift‑wise production activities
- Manage shift workforce and skill matrix
- Operate and maintain CNC punching machines
- Ensure quality and safety compliance
- Drive Lean and 5S initiatives
- Coordinate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams
- Monitor production metrics and improve cycle time
What you’ll bring
- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 5–8 years sheet metal fabrication experience
- Expertise in workforce handling and shift operations
- Knowledge of production planning coordination
- Experience with CNC punching, bending, nesting
- Lean Manufacturing and 5S implementation
- ERP exposure (SAP)
