About the role

Production Operations team at Armacell drives value‑added line efficiency and quality. The Senior Shift Leader coordinates daily production, monitors OEE, yield and OTIF, and leads continuous improvement projects while ensuring safety and compliance. Pune, on‑site, hybrid shift schedule as required.

What you’ll do

Coordinate daily production activities for value‑added lines
Monitor and improve OEE, productivity, yield and OTIF
Drive safety, compliance and 5S initiatives
Lead continuous improvement and cost‑optimization projects
Manage manpower planning and shift support
Cross‑functional coordination with maintenance, quality, SCM and vendors
Prepare daily and periodic production performance reports
Ensure accurate ERP (SAP) transaction posting

What you’ll bring

5-8 years production line leadership
BE/B-Tech in Mechanical, Production or Chemical Engineering
Experience with shift operations in chemical/industrial environment
Knowledge of SAP or MES preferred
Strong execution and coordination skills
People management and teamwork
Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement understanding
