- Provide regular feedback and recommendations to management
- Assist with staff allocation during vacations, illnesses, or outages
- Ensure health and safety compliance on shift
- Identify production deficiencies and propose improvements
- Recommend technical equipment upgrades
- Train associates and plan multi‑skill operations
What you’ll bring
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- 3 years of experience in similar industry
- Good knowledge of production processes
- Proficient with SAP
- Flexible to work rotational shifts
- Experience handling production operators
