Model Risk Governance Lead Analyst

About the role

Model Risk Management Governance team at Citi drives the oversight of model lifecycle governance across the enterprise. The Lead Analyst executes day‑to‑day operational tasks such as inventory management, documentation review, validation tracking and coordination with Model Sponsors to ensure compliance with Citi MRM policy. Based in DLF Cybercity 12B, India, on‑site role with full‑time schedule.

What you’ll do

• Support implementation and monitoring of Citi MRM policy
• Maintain governance documentation, procedures and templates
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow‑up trackers with central MRM organization
• Track model identification, development, validation, remediation and performance monitoring activities
• Produce status reports, dashboards and trackers for senior governance staff

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years overall experience
• 3-6 years risk management or model governance
• Knowledge of model risk management concepts and regulatory guidance
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail‑oriented with data quality focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
