About the role
JPMorgan Chase Bank seeks a Model Risk Management Associate to support governance of model risk across business lines. The role involves managing governance projects, updating policies, and collaborating with risk, finance, and LOB teams to ensure models are used appropriately. Candidates should have experience in regulated model risk environments, strong analytical and project management skills, and a quantitative background.
What you’ll do
- Manage multiple governance projects and tasks simultaneously
- Communicate and manage project expectations to program managers, sponsors, team members and other stakeholders
- Participate in process (re)engineering initiatives to achieve operational excellence
- Update MRGR governing policy and procedure documents
- Respond to requests on audit/regulatory exams
What you’ll bring
- Experience in model risk or model development in a highly regulated environment
- Knowledge of financial modeling or financial products
- Proven ability to influence decisions in a multi stakeholder context
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Sciences, Engineering or Computer Science
