What you’ll do
- Lead development, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes
- Manage end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) APQP activities
- Drive continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste
- Develop process flow, PFMEA, control plans, and work instructions
- Select, install, and validate fixtures, tooling, and equipment
- Support production with problem‑solving, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Monitor and improve key process parameters and manufacturing KPIs
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Quality, Production, Design, and Supply Chain
What you’ll bring
- 15-18 years experience in EV drivetrain or power electronics manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, and automation systems
