A Job Specification 1 Company Name : Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. 2 Position / Designation : Infra Project Manager 4 Department : Infrastructure & Procurement 5 Sub Department (if any) : Infrastructure & Administration 6 Employment Type : Permanent 7 Reporting to – Designation & Grade : Vysakh A, AVP – Infrastructure & Administration 8 No. of Reportees, Designation & Grade : Manager 9 Main Tasks : We are seeking a strong Project Manager to drive the technical coordination of Infrastructure works for North, East, West & Karnataka region. Must have knowledge and experience in Civil, Structural fabrication, Interior works, IT & MEP. 10 Areas of Responsibility : Leads and manages projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities Coordination with Site Engineers and Contractors for New branch, Branch Shifting & renovation works. Support to be extended to Zonal Infra Managers for Repair and maintenance works and clearing of technical issues at site Estimation of quantities, finalization of layout plans in coordination with the concerned RM & preparation of Work Orders for related works. Detailed checking and verification of all bills Provide technical expertise in idealizing new Infra requirements & innovations for branches Constantly looking for opportunities for cost reduction – should have thorough knowledge regarding material specification and market rates Skillful in vendor negotiation Coordination with consultants for renovation/construction of own buildings whenever required Providing infra related support to group companies whenever required. Play a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate process and tools & coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team Use good judgment and skills to achieve the project goals within designated project constraints Use knowledge and experience to provide the right balance of agility and predictability. 11 Special Requirements (If any) : BFSI experience 12 Job Location / State : Trivandrum, Muthoot Fincorp Ltd (Corporate Office). B Personal Specification 17 Educational Qualification / Technical Certification : Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering 18 Skill Sets : Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously 19 Communication Skills : Excellent communication Skills – English & Hindi language fluency 20 Experience : Diploma with 12+ years’ experience; or Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years’ experience 21 Behavioral Competencies : Should be able to work as a team leader without authority and formal leadership role; strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building; creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view 22 Other Requirements (If any) : Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Sharepoint and email. Should be open to travel

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years experience in infrastructure project management
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of civil, structural, MEP, and IT infrastructure
• Vendor negotiation and cost reduction expertise
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and email
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams without formal authority
• Willingness to travel as needed
