What you’ll do

• Achieve regional debt management targets and cost of debt goals
• Ensure legal compliance and adherence to code of conduct for agencies and executives
• Monitor and mitigate fraudulent practices and manage write‑off percentages
• Control portfolio bucket flows and oversee customer issue escalations
• Provide feedback on credit policy based on market conditions
• Approve waivers and ensure documented actions on soft bucket cases
• Maintain adequate field presence across segments and manage legal/police support
• Recruit and evaluate Debt Management Services officers and area managers

What you’ll bring

• 8-10 years experience in debt management or financial services
• Proven people management and team leadership skills
• Strong understanding of legal and compliance frameworks
• Ability to analyze portfolio performance and set productivity parameters
• Experience in recruitment and talent development
