- Ensure legal compliance of collection agencies
- Identify and prevent fraudulent practices
- Maintain write‑off percentages within risk pricing
- Manage GCL portfolio bucket flows
- Handle customer escalations
- Provide feedback on credit policy and audit queries

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
