- Coordinate regional admin and infra tasks with AMs and RMs
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely repairs
- Manage branch asset allocation and merged site transitions
- Oversee lease renewals, statutory filings, and compliance
- Control costs through quote comparisons and utility monitoring
