About the role

What you’ll do

• Coordinate regional infra and admin tasks with AMs and RMs
• Monitor and ensure adherence to admin processes and hygiene standards
• Manage vendor assignments, quotations, and cost control measures
• Oversee signage, UPS upgrades, CCTV installations, and fire safety compliance
• Handle merger, shifting, and new site proposals including lease negotiations
• Track asset registers and allocate merged branch assets

What you’ll bring

• 5-12 years experience in infrastructure management
• Strong vendor coordination skills
• Experience with branch asset tracking and lease negotiations
• Knowledge of statutory compliance for branch operations
