About the role

Infra & Admin team at Muthoot FinCorp oversees regional infrastructure, vendor coordination, and asset management. The Zonal Infra Manager drives branch renovation, equipment upgrades, and compliance with statutory requirements while optimizing cost and service quality. Based in Kondhwa-Wanori, on-site work model, overseeing multiple branches across the zone.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate regional infrastructure projects and renovations
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective service delivery
• Oversee asset allocation, tracking, and documentation during mergers
• Ensure compliance with licensing, lease, and statutory requirements
• Monitor and control utility and operational expenses

What you’ll bring

• 5-12 years experience in infrastructure or facilities management
• Proven vendor management and negotiation skills
• Strong coordination with regional and head office teams
• Experience tracking assets and managing mergers/shifts
• Knowledge of statutory compliance for branch operations
