Automation Engineer - Workflow and AI Agents

About the role

Automation Engineer focused on workflow orchestration and AI agent development for Kaufman Rossin. Lead design, build, and maintenance of automated workflows using n8n, Azure Logic Apps, and similar platforms. Develop AI agents for data processing, content generation, and decision-making, integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude). Build and maintain API integrations with Salesforce, Azure, Domo, and other enterprise systems via REST, webhooks, OAuth. Write custom Python/JavaScript scripts for complex logic, handle JSON/XML, and implement ETL and data transformation. Optimize workflow performance, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and share best practices. Hybrid work model with on-site presence in Bengaluru, India.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, maintain automated workflows.

• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues quickly.

• Document workflows, integrations, error handling, and retry logic.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and share best practices.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's CS/IT + 3-6 yrs automation, integration, or software dev.
• Strong workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate) experience.
• API integration expertise: REST, webhooks, OAuth, authentication.
• Scripting in Python or JavaScript; JSON, XML, ETL, data transformation.
• Debugging, error handling, retry logic, version control, deployment.

Nice to have

• n8n expertise and community contributions.
• AI agents, LLM integrations, or agentic workflow experience.
• Salesforce API and automation tools familiarity.
• Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Automation Accounts) knowledge.
• BI/analytics platform (Domo) experience and AI coding assistant usage.
