Automation Engineer, Automation Anywhere

About the role

Managed Services team at Roboyo AI builds production‑grade automation solutions for enterprise clients. The role provides L2 support, root‑cause analysis, performance monitoring and continuous improvement of Automation Anywhere bots, collaborating with L1 support, developers and stakeholders. Hyderabad, on-site, hybrid schedule as needed.

What you’ll do

• Prompt ticket follow‑up and L2 issue resolution within SLAs
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
• Monitor bot performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Handle change requests, enhancements and bug fixes
• Collaborate with L1 support and development teams on complex challenges
• Coordinate operations and maintenance for large client accounts
• Test and optimise automation solutions for performance and scalability
• Provide clear communication to end‑users and stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 2-4 years RPA/automation development and support
• Automation Anywhere experience
• Attended and unattended bot development
• End‑to‑end automation lifecycle knowledge
• API integration (REST/SOAP) and JSON handling
• Scripting with Python, PowerShell or VBScript
• OCR/IDP familiarity
• Strong analytical and communication skills
