About the role
Workflow Automation team at Roche builds the digital glue that connects enterprise systems using low-code DPA platforms. The role designs, develops and maintains high‑scale automation workflows, integrates REST/SOAP APIs, and ensures security compliance while collaborating in Agile squads. Pune, on-site, Full-time, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop complex automation workflows on Pega or similar platforms
- Create and maintain secure API integrations between DPA and enterprise systems
- Monitor and optimize production processes for performance and reliability
- Participate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and provide accurate estimates
- Ensure solutions meet Roche security and data privacy standards
- Mentor squad members through code reviews and technical talks
- Document architecture, low‑level designs and deployment guides
What you’ll bring
- 5 years software engineering experience
- 3 years DPA/BPM platform experience
- Pega Senior System Architect certification or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git
- Agile Scrum/Kanban delivery experience
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
