Network Automation Engineer

About the role

NetBrain, a leader in no-code network automation, seeks a Network Automation Engineer to design and implement large-scale automation solutions for global enterprises and MSPs. The role involves collaborating with network engineers worldwide, analyzing ITSM data to identify high-impact automation targets, and creating automation using NetBrain’s Runbook, Qapp, Dataview, and integration capabilities. Candidates will train customer engineers, architect critical network operations automation, and engage vendor partnerships to expand automation content. The position requires deep network domain knowledge, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and experience in software development or network automation. This hybrid role in Hyderabad offers the opportunity to shape the future of network operations.

What you’ll do

• Drive evolution of network ops automation for global enterprises.
• Lead customers to identify high-impact automation targets via ITSM data.
• Analyze customer network tech, playbooks, design docs to build automation.
• Train customer engineers on NetBrain automation.
• Architect automation for critical network tasks using Runbook, Qapp, Dataview.
• Engage vendor partnerships, research public domain for automation content.
• Additional duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ yrs software dev, network engineering, automation.
• STEM degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication.
• Solid understanding of network tools: monitoring, incident, log analysis.
• Fluent English.
