What you’ll do
- Serve as resident Network Automation expert for customers
- Design, create, execute automated test scripts and frameworks
- Support customers with automated testing to find bugs and performance issues
- Build automations for customer problem resolution
- Analyze deployed network tech, playbooks, design docs to document automation
- Identify, analyze, resolve automation script issues
- Improve existing automation processes and tools
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's or master's in CS, IT, or related field
- 3+ years in software dev, network engineering, or automation
- Proficiency with network tools: monitoring, incident management, log analysis
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused
