About the role

Tech Mahindra seeks a Salesforce Tech Lead in Bengaluru to drive the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs. The role involves leading developers, overseeing system integrations, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring technical best practices. This on-site position requires 7-10 years of experience in software development.

• Lead design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Oversee integration of Salesforce with other systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
• Mentor and guide junior developers
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Manage project timelines and deliverables
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce issues
• Stay updated with latest Salesforce features and technologies

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 7-10 years of software development experience
• Proven expertise in Salesforce integration, APIs, middleware, and data migration
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or Node.js
