About the role

Tech Lead, Salesforce at YASH Technologies drives the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Industry clouds. The role leads a team to analyze requirements, architect optimal designs, develop Apex, LWC, and integration components, and ensure delivery excellence within SLAs. Hyderabad office, on-site, with flexible work arrangements and relocation support available.

What you’ll do

• Analyze business requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Design and configure Salesforce modules and customizations
• Develop and test Apex, LWC, and integration code
• Lead delivery teams to meet timelines and SLAs
• Create tools and accelerators to improve competency
• Mentor and guide team members on project deliverables
• Prepare functional designs, system configurations, and deployment artifacts
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Salesforce practice

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years Salesforce experience
• Hands‑on Apex development
• LWC and Lightning Aura UI expertise
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud implementation
• Industry Cloud (e.g., Commerce, Marketing, Health) experience
• Completion of relevant Trailhead badges
• Minimum 5 Salesforce certifications
• Proven team leadership and mentorship
