About the role

Yash Technologies' Salesforce practice drives digital transformation for clients by delivering end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions. As a Tech Lead you will architect and implement Salesforce platforms, mentor a delivery team, and ensure projects meet timelines and SLAs. Pune, India, on‑site role with flexible work arrangements.

What you’ll do

• Analyze requirements and design Salesforce solutions
• Lead technical delivery and ensure adherence to best practices
• Mentor and guide team members on project deliverables
• Develop functional designs, configure systems, and perform testing
• Drive innovation through tools and accelerators

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years Salesforce experience
• Hands‑on APEX coding and Lightning Web Components
• Sales Cloud configuration and customization
• Experience Cloud community setup and Trailhead badges
• Service Cloud setup with CTI and Omnichannel
• Industry Cloud experience (e.g., Marketing Cloud, CPQ)
• Minimum 5 Salesforce certifications
