About the role

YASH Technologies seeks a Tech Lead to drive technical excellence in Salesforce projects, mentoring teams and delivering optimal solutions aligned with best practices. The role involves analyzing requirements, defining designs, and ensuring delivery within SLAs across various cloud modules. This position is based in Pune, India.

What you’ll do

• Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions aligning to Salesforce best practices
• Define optimal design and solution to client provided requirements
• Technically lead the team in Salesforce projects
• Mentor and guide team members on project deliverables
• Prepare functional designs, system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Innovate via conceptualizing new tools and accelerators
• Deliver customer requirements within agreed timelines and SLAs
• Provide solutioning to customers meeting their expectations

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 5 Salesforce certifications
• Hands-on APEX Coding and Integrations
• Experience with LWC and Lightning UI Aura Development

Nice to have

• Expertise in Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud configurations
• Ability to define optimal design and solutioning for clients
• Proven track record of driving team delivery excellence
• Strong functional design and deployment capabilities
