Senior SDET, Test Automation

About the role

BETSOL Global IT Services team builds end-to-end enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud-first digital transformation products. As a Senior SDET, you will design, develop, and maintain high‑performance test automation frameworks and scripts across UI, microservices, and performance layers, integrating AI‑driven auto‑healing features and embedding them in CI/CD pipelines. Work onsite at Broomfield, CO or Bangalore, India, collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, DevOps, and QA in an Agile environment.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks
• Create and maintain end‑to‑end test scripts across UI, microservices, and performance
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX, DevOps, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Implement AI‑driven auto‑healing test mechanisms
• Perform performance testing using tools like JMeter and K6
• Ensure security and maintainability of test code

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years full‑stack software development
• Experience with Playwright or Selenium
• Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes expertise
• SQL/NoSQL database experience
• CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Cloud platforms AWS/GCP/Azure
• SaaS high‑availability application experience
• Strong debugging in Java, TypeScript, Python
