About the role

BETSOL seeks a Senior SDET to design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for its AI-powered enterprise solutions. The role involves building end-to-end testing workflows across UI, microservices, and performance layers using tools like Playwright and CI/CD pipelines. This position is based in Pune, India, with general shift hours and flexibility for global stakeholder coordination.

What you’ll do

Develop scalable, high-performance test automation frameworks and scripts
Implement end-to-end testing using Playwright and BDD Gherkin
Contribute to all phases of the STLC from planning to deployment
Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD best practices
Mentor junior developers and promote software development best practices
Work closely with Product Managers, DevOps, and QA teams in Agile environments

What you’ll bring

4+ years of full-stack software development experience
4+ years experience with Playwright or equivalent tools (Cypress, Selenium)
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
