About the role

Learning Operations team at Accenture drives large‑scale training program delivery and talent development. The Senior Analyst oversees planning and coordination of training events, forecasts needs with senior leadership, manages LMS content and reporting, and leads junior analysts in process improvements. What you’ll do

• Oversee planning and coordination of large‑scale training programs
• Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast training needs and allocate resources
• Coordinate trainers, vendors, and facilities for training delivery
• Manage LMS course setup, enrollment, and tracking
• Generate and analyze training activity reports
• Troubleshoot LMS technical issues
• Provide leadership to junior scheduling analysts
• Support process improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years experience
• 3+ years LMS experience
• Strong scheduling methodology knowledge
• Service environment experience
• Advanced MS Office skills
