What you’ll do
- Assist with inventory and asset management including receipt and disposition of hardware
- Document defects of pre-mass production hardware and/or software
- Perform hardware reworks such as swapping boards or chips
- Perform software reworks including imaging devices and rewriting IDs
- Assist with servo flashing and firmware upgrades
- Help resolve support tickets regarding device issues
- Provide technical support during events requiring frequent travel
- Execute other duties as required
What you’ll bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 0 to 2 years of related experience
- IT savvy with interest in new technologies
- Knowledgeable about inventory management
- Ability to follow technical instructions for flashing devices
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organization and adaptability skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
