What you’ll do
- Prepare and measure ingredients by chopping, cutting, marinating, portioning recipes
- Assist in cooking and plating dishes according to standard techniques
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, ingredient replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen workspace
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and maintain kitchen equipment safely
