About the role

What you’ll do
- Assist in preparation of ingredients for Western dishes
- Support senior chefs in cooking and plating menu items
- Maintain clean and organized workstation
- Learn and apply basic Western cooking techniques
- Help with kitchen inventory and restocking
What you’ll bring
- HM diploma or equivalent required
- Culinary school diploma or certificate preferred
- Basic knife skills and knowledge of Western cooking techniques
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- 2-3 years experience in hotel catering
