About the role

Accor seeks a Commis I to support the Asian section and other kitchen areas, assisting with food preparation, stock management, and maintaining hygiene standards. This role involves working in a high-pressure environment under the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef. The position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, on-site.
