SBB Relationship Manager - Working Capital

About the role

Axis Bank’s Corporate Banking Group (CBG) seeks a Relationship Manager to drive working capital sales and expand the lending book in Pimpri Chinchwad. The role involves sourcing business through channel partners, managing client relationships, and ensuring portfolio health while leveraging digital platforms for efficiency. This is an on-site position based in Pimpri Chinchwad.

What you’ll do

• Achieve top-line business targets by sourcing business through channel teams
• Build and nurture relationships with bank branches and cross-sell products
• Manage end-to-end product activities from login to disbursement
• Liaise with Credit and Operations departments for smooth process flows
• Acquire channel partners (Connectors) for sourcing products
• Monitor performance of ARMs and deepen existing client relationships
• Manage portfolio health, DPDs, and timely interest servicing
• Utilize digital platforms like Project Neo and Business App for better customer experience

What you’ll bring

• Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute
• 7-9 years of relevant experience
• Strong sales orientation
• Proficiency in managing complex client relationships
