What you’ll do
- Define and own web chapter roadmap
- Lead AI‑assisted development adoption
- Architect scalable monorepo and shared component library
- Set standards for .NET middleware and API contracts
- Own technical strategy for Agent Portal
- Mentor engineers across seniority levels
- Drive engineering excellence and performance metrics
- Produce architecture decision records
What you’ll bring
- Recognized degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 10+ years web development experience
- 3+ years technical leadership
- Expert Angular and ASP.NET Core skills
- Azure certification (AZ‑204 or AZ‑305) preferred
- Nx monorepo expertise
- Experience integrating AI tools (Claude)
