- Collaborate with product managers and designers
- Break down projects and assign tasks to team
- Track progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Provide task estimates and maintain timelines
- Lead, mentor, and guide .NET developers
- Enforce coding standards and best practices
- Document architecture and technical specifications
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's/Master's in CS or related field
- 8+ years .NET development experience
- 3+ years leading .NET teams
- .NET Core, ASP.NET, C# expertise
- RESTful APIs, microservices design
- SQL Server, Entity Framework knowledge
- Azure/AWS and DevOps familiarity
- Unit testing with xUnit/NUnit/MSTest
- Strong OOP and design pattern skills
