The Technical Lead designs and develops Java Spring Boot microservices, manages AWS and Kubernetes deployments, and integrates AI automation tools while mentoring junior developers. What you’ll do

• Design and develop scalable Java Spring Boot backend services
• Build and maintain microservices architectures on AWS and Kubernetes
• Configure CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
• Integrate AI/automation tools such as LLM APIs and workflow platforms
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams for releases
• Mentor junior developers

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years Java development
• Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs
• Proficiency in AWS cloud services
• Kubernetes/Docker container orchestration
• CI/CD pipeline setup (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Event-driven architecture knowledge (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Familiarity with AI/LLM integration (OpenAI, LangChain)
