About the role

Johnson Controls Building Solutions team drives smart, sustainable building technologies. As a Technical Lead I, you will mentor a development team, design robust .NET architectures, and deliver full‑stack solutions integrating React front‑end, Kafka, Redis and GraphQL. This role is based in Pune, India, on‑site at the Johnson Controls campus, collaborating with Scrum teams and architects to ship high‑quality products.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a team of developers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Design and implement scalable .NET system architectures
• Develop and maintain high‑quality code and database schemas
• Integrate front‑end using React and ensure seamless UI/UX
• Manage releases and drive epics to completion
• Utilize Kafka, Redis, GraphQL for efficient data processing
• Conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards

What you’ll bring

• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA degree
• 10+ years .NET application development
• Expertise in latest .NET framework
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in system design and database management
• Experience with release management and mentoring junior developers
• Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with React (preferred)
