.NET Lead / Senior .NET Developer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Technical Lead to oversee design, development, and deployment of complex web applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team, architect scalable solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server, and stay updated on emerging technologies.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage a team of developers
• Architect, design, and implement scalable .NET applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Design and manage SQL Server databases
• Integrate front‑end frameworks with backend APIs
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Monitor project progress and deliverables
• Stay updated on emerging technologies

What you’ll bring

• Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API
• Strong SQL Server database design and query optimization
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering projects
• Hands‑on cloud experience (Azure/AWS)
• Version control expertise with Git
• Agile/Scrum development practices
• CI/CD pipeline implementation
• DevOps and microservices knowledge

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular or React front‑end frameworks
• Azure or AWS cloud platform familiarity
