About the role

Mitti Labs Climate Tech team drives AI‑enabled satellite solutions to reduce methane emissions in rice farming. As Program Manager, Operations you will lead state‑wide partner operations, manage a field force of 100‑300 agents, and streamline processes for carbon credit and input distribution programs. Remote work from India, with frequent travel to field sites across Karnataka.

What you’ll do

• Maintain partner relationships and ensure roadmap execution
• Create and update SOPs, task sheets, and performance dashboards
• Lead daily stand‑ups with ops, QA/QC, and partner teams
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and distribution of climate‑smart inputs
• Drive farmer engagement through training and demonstration plots
• Produce stakeholder reports and analytics on carbon processes
• Coordinate with internal product, R&D, and science ops teams
• Motivate and coach field agents and mid‑level managers

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years agri‑project management
• Experience managing large field teams (100‑300)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
• Process excellence and SOP development
• Hands‑on with Notion, Google Workspace, Excel
• Native fluency in Kannada
• Background in Agribusiness or supply chain
• Experience with carbon methodology compliance
