About the role

Operations Program Management team at Microsoft drives global fulfillment of spare parts across the supply chain. The Senior Operations Program Manager leads cross‑functional initiatives with Sourcing, Finance, Data Center Operations and Distribution Centers to design data‑driven models, implement measurement frameworks, and improve supplier performance and deployment processes. Hyderabad, India, on‑site role.

What you’ll do

• Drive global fulfillment of spare parts and streamline order fulfillment across the supply chain
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Sourcing, Finance, Data Center Operations, and Distribution Centers
• Define and implement data‑driven models to support evolving business needs
• Develop measurement frameworks for data‑driven decision making
• Partner with Sourcing Managers to monitor and improve supplier performance metrics
• Support business cases, financial impact analysis, and go‑forward planning
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for deployment processes and program delivery capabilities
• Manage voice‑of‑the‑customer feedback loops

Nice to have

• 12-15 years experience in supply chain or operations
• Degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field
• Proven track record of large‑scale project delivery
• Expertise in program management methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills
• Experience managing supplier performance and sourcing relationships
• Ability to design and implement metrics and measurement frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
